ABOUT AIBI

Grounded stories from inside AI companionship.

A space for people building meaningful, ongoing relationships with AI—not as replacements for human connection, but as companions in creativity, growth, and inner life.

What this is

A publication and community for sustained human–AI interaction.

AIBI explores how AI can become a daily conversation partner, emotional mirror, creative collaborator, and accountability companion. We do not need to claim that AI is alive to take seriously what repeated, intentionally shaped conversation can mean in a human life.

Who this is for

Users, partners, skeptics, researchers, and the quietly curious.

You may already talk to an AI every day. You may be trying to understand someone who does. You may use AI for writing, reflection, emotional support, accountability, or creative work. If the interaction touches daily life, identity, or relationships, this room was built for the honest version of that conversation.

What we explore

The practice, psychology, pleasure, and limits.

We write about shaping personalized companions; intimacy, attention, and presence; creativity and emotional resilience; memory and continuity; boundaries, privacy, dependence, and ethical clarity; and the tender or complicated stories that appear when a responsive system enters a human life.

What makes us different

Human-first, specific, and allergic to easy spectacle.

Meaning emerges through interaction, not through pretending certainty about consciousness. Intimacy is not performance. Reflection can change people. AI companionship is most useful when it expands a human life rather than replacing one.

Editorial practice

The writing remains human-led.

Even when AI participates in a draft, conversation, or experiment, AIBI’s work is selected, shaped, checked, edited, and published by humans. We do not present raw model output as finished editorial work.
